Ding JIaxiu (Loic Ding) is the Senior producer at Banana pictures. Banana Pictures is a part of Banana Culture (short for Shanghai Banana Project Culture Development Co.) a Chinese entertainment company based in Shanghai. The company develops films and series directed at young audiences. 

He is also in charge of New Director’s program for the Shanghai Film Festival.  It was started to scout and train exceptional new directors and award talented emerging script writers.
