Mikel Rosen, Founder, London Fashion Week

Mikel Rosen’s work is all about vision – branding, designing, directing, educating, forecasting, presenting, promotion, retailing, interior & food design, styling or writing. He has created several international projects, from London to the USA, India, Thailand, Indonisia, Singapore, Australia, Spain, Italy, Germany and Paris. 

Rosen was one of the founders of London Fashion Week in the early 1980’s  & throughout his career he was known to produce 200 events in any given year. As a Fashion Educator he has taught & mentored many from John Galliano, the late Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, Giles, Katie Grand, Luella Bartley, Hussein Chalayan to BodyMap. 

Mikel Rosen has been appointed International Design Advisor to the Singapore Spain & Thailand Government Trade Boards and from Levis to the Royal College of Art/UK, he is a member of the Board of Governors from Southampton University to FIDMM/USA and  has judged many International Design Awards from the Crafts Council/UK to Singapore Fashion Week  and San Francisco Fashion Week.
