Helene Ouvrard, Organiser, Vientianale International Film Festival

EARS on Mumbai speaker Helene Ouvrard graduated in Asian politics before moving to Laos in 2008. She currently works as a consultant in the Lao cultural sector. She joined the Vientianale International Film Festival organising team in 2011 and is now running the festival. She has curated programmes of Lao short films for various festivals to promote emerging Lao filmmakers.
