Rafael Pereira is an intellectual property strategist working at the intersection of Law & Business relating to Technology, Entertainment, Arts & Culture. A Berkeley Law graduate, Rafael has built a career as an entrepreneur with multiple ventures in the Media and Entertainment sector in southeast Asia. He is the founder of Cadre, an event staffing & artist advancing venture which manages hopsitality & logistics for international music festival franchises like EDC, Sensation, Ultra & Mad Decent Block Party, has managed tours for Guns & Roses, Skrillex, Slash, Beyonce, Buddy Guy, Martin Garrix & Sean Paul and has staffed the Under 17 FIFA World Cup, including its mascot.
As co-founder and director at Nothing Regular Media & Entertainment, he is reponsible for the legal strategy of its properties, including Heartwork Tattoo Festival & Appa Art Assembly. Rafael is the co-founder of the Mumbai Assembly which is a project space promoting discourse & development within the arts and presents EARS ON MUMBAI. With an award-winning background as an actor, director, playwright, and producer, he got an early start on artist advancing.
He is the former brand ambassador for the National Centre for the Performing Arts, Mumbai, and presently represents concert promoters, festivals, and artists in India.
