Emmanuelle de Decker, Founder, GATECRASH
EARS on Mumbai speaker Emmanuelle de Decker has been working in the music industry since 1998 in different cities like Paris, Tangier, Dublin, Seoul, Kolkata and Mumbai. Emma moved to India in 2004 as the deputy director of Alliance francaise de Calcutta, and handled live music programming at the blueFROG venue in Mumbai and Delhi from 2008 till 2012.
In 2012, she founded her own company GATECRASH, a consulting agency for managing music projects, touring international bands in India, curating bands for festivals and events and developing interactions between Indian and international music professionals.
