Vishwa Deepak Dikshit, generally referred as Deepak, is a Finance Major from the prestigious business school, Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, 2007-09. He has been described as an Entrepreneur, Leadership Motivator and Strategy Expert by the industry leaders in the corporate world. Prior to his entry in the corporate world, he was a sailor, engaged with multinational work force over a period of four years. He is a Nautical Science graduate from prestigious Training Ship Chanakya, 2000-03.
He is a thought leader who has developed and groomed individuals over his years in the industry. While he dons a corporate hat in Shipping Industry, he also dons an entrepreneurial hat with his venture MusiCulture.
Deepak is the Founder and Director in his entrepreneurial venture MusiCulture. His love for music has been a catalyst towards establishing an organization which is now engaged with the top musicians in India and beyond. Over three years of engagement with the likes of Ehsaan Noorani, Shankar Mahadevan, Indian Ocean, Blackstratblues, etc. in the world of music, to the industry giants like Harman Pro, his venture has taken a giant leap in positioning itself as the face of Indian Independent Music Industry. The quarterly magazine by the name MusiCulture is one of the most anticipated magazines in the music world, within 6 months of its launch. MusiCulture is now gearing up for its June Edition launch which has yet another major Indian International musician on its cover.
Deepak has been actively engaged in promoting the art of Music Journalism which is still at a very nascent stage in India. MusiCulture magazine has been conceived with the aim to make Music Journalism a mainstream profession in the country. With various media platforms, he is looking to create more awareness amongst the youth towards this fine skill.
Deepak has been actively engaged with academics from his very early days. His first speaking session was a 6 Hours Marathon Lecture on Economic and Social Environment, for Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Distance Learning Students. He had several stints as a guest speaker, notably in Leadership Skills and Entrepreneurship. Apart from speaking with management students at Management Development Institute, Saraf Business School to NMIMS Distance Learning programs, Deepak has also engaged with the students at Aditya Birla World Academy on junior grades as a part of his passion to groom future generations.
