Rafael Pereira, Founder, Cadre Project Support Solutions

EARS on Mumbai speaker Rafael Pereira is a 24-year-old intellectual property lawyer. He founded Cadre Project Support Solutions, an event staffing venture that provides staffing and artist advancing solutions to India’s large format festivals and concerts, in 2015. He is also the co-founder of The Mumbai Assembly, an arts and culture project space in the heart of Mumbai. EARS on Mumbai marks 10 years since he first set out to work on an ‘event’!
