EARS on Mumbai speaker Kirsi Mustalahti is the Founder and a Chairwoman of Accessible Arts and Culture Association (ACCAC) based in Finland. ACCAC is growing, international arts and culture movement that presents diversity and accessibility in a new light. It is an international network build since 2009 and covers all continents. Mustalahti is also a Co-Founder in ACCAC GLOBAL which is the HQ for all growing international activities by monitoring ACCAC Festival&Congress events; which promotes the use of art and cultural participation to enhance wellbeing and focuses on improving the inclusion of people with and without disabilities in arts, culture and social life.
